JINYA Ramen Bar Launches Secret Menu

North America’s largest ramen chain, has launched a new Monday Secret Menu across all locations. Every Monday, guests who order the Cha Cha Cha Ramen will automatically receive a free Kara-age fried chicken small plate. Made with a pork and fish-based broth, the Cha Cha Cha Ramen’s pork, seasoned egg, bean sprouts, onion and garlic is sure to please ramen lovers. The Kara-age fried chicken is a delicious three-piece small plate served with JINYA’s original ponzu sauce.

Noble Bird Rotisserie Opens

Noble Bird Rotisserie opens at Long Beach’s new coastal retail and dining destination 2ND & PCH. The sustainably sourced chickens from Pasturebird are brined for 24 hours before being slow-cooked and are available in two flavors: a traditional herb with thyme, sage and lemon, and the G-Chicken, made with Korean chili pepper flakes, citrus, soy and honey. Lunar New Year at Lady M

The Bourbon Room’s Rock of Ages Returns

Gracias Madre and SAG-AFTRA Bar Takeover 

Gracias Madre has partnered with SAG-AFTRA in a bar takeover in honor of the upcoming 26th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. W Hollywood has partnered with SoulCycle to become the first hotel on the west coast to offer guests exclusive access to advance pre-bookings. Guests who book a stay at the W Hollywood will receive a pre-arrival email with details on how to pre-book a bike for no additional cost (other than the standard $30 cost of the class) at the SoulCycle Hollywood studio, located directly across the street from the hotel.
