Glen Ivy Hot Springs Debuts Newly Enhanced Grotto Treatment

Glen Ivy Hot Springs is pleased to announce the opening of the newly enhanced Grotto subterranean treatment and experience. In ancient times, the grotto was recognized as a tranquil escape from the outside world, a place to enjoy a calm moment and practice meditation. Glen Ivy brings the essence of these historic caves to the hot springs, offering an indulgent and unique body treatment that hydrates and softens the skin. The Grotto has long been a popular signature treatment at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. The newly refreshed Grotto experience begins in a serene bamboo forest, setting the tone for a peaceful underground journey. Upon arrival to the subterranean oasis, guests are painted neck-to-toe with a warm aloe vera, coconut oil, eucalyptus, lavender, and shea butter masque in 12 newly expanded, underground, painting alcoves. Surrounded by lush hanging plants and mystic waterfalls, the Grotto’s spacious, gently heated caverns allow guests to mingle and experience the calming environment together as a group, before rinsing off under cascading water to reveal renewed and refreshed skin. Finally, guests move into the cooler grotto to refresh over tea, water and fresh fruit. The cool effect of the cave closes pores, locking in the nutrients from the Grotto masque. $30; 25000 Glen Ivy Rd, Temescal Valley, CA 92883
