Glen Ivy Hot Springs is kicking off 2019 with a plant based, vegan cooking series in collaboration with Guest Chef Sarah Safarian of Healthy Humbly. Chef Sarah is visiting Glen Ivy from Paris, where she earned classical training from the renowned Ferrandi culinary school. The plant-based courses are focused on fun and healthy vegan recipes, with cooking demonstrations from Chef Sarah, hands on involvement and tastings. The series is designed to educate guests on the benefits of holistic nutrition, gut health, plant digestion, and plant based lifestyles. Choose between a one hour workshop for $20 or a five-hour intensive for $199 that includes admission and your choice of a 50-minute signature Glen Ivy treatment. Bacari West Adams Now Open After Extensive Renovation
