Traxx Pop-Up Brunch at Union Station Cedd Moses and Eric Needleman are revamping the Harvey House space at Union Station with a restaurant. Chefs, Jake Epstein (Animal, The Ritz Carlton) and Adam Hirbod (Belcampo) have joined Dylan O’Donoghue, the bar manager at Traxx restaurant inside of Union Station, for weekend brunches. It’s farm-to-table with meat from Belcampo.
