Black Angus Steakhouse Celebrates 59th Birthday and Launches Dr Pepper Drinks and Entrées

Anyone who dines at Black Angus Steakhouse this weekend will be part of the steakhouse’s 59th birthday celebration with specialty dishes, live music, and face painting (Saturday, 3 – 5:00 pm, kids will eat for free with the purchase of an adult entrée). In addition, the steakhouse will be adding the option of a Dr Pepper fountain drink, and to emphasize the first-time addition, Black Angus Steakhouse’s culinary team has created specials made with Dr Pepper, including Dr Pepper-Glazed Beef Kabobs ($19.64), a six-ounce sirloin coated with a Dr Pepper- infused glaze and served with braised red potatoes, cheddar creamed spinach, and crispy onions. There will also be special Dr Pepper cocktails like the Dr Pepper Colorado Bulldog, a classic Colorado Bulldog drink with Dr Pepper kick; and ice cream lovers will be able to order a Dr Pepper Float. In honor of Dr Pepper being added to the Black Angus menu, the steakhouse’s culinary team has created specials made with Dr Pepper, including Dr Pepper-Glazed Beef Kabobs, a six-ounce sirloin coated with a Dr Pepper-infused glaze and served with braised red potatoes, cheddar creamed spinach, and crispy onions.

JOKES FOR JOBS: Comedy Store to Benefit Nonprofit Chrysalis

The premier outdoor luxury food and beverage festival will return to the historic Pasadena Rose Bowl with Chef Michael Reed and Kwini Reed as Hosts. Host Chef Michael Reed is a classically trained chef and restaurateur who has spent 19 years as a chef for restaurants across New York and Los Angeles.
