The Shuck House Brings Oysters & Seafood to Century City

The Westfield Century City Mall welcomes the Shuck House, featuring a selection of fresh, chef-driven seafood dishes from Executive Chef and Co-Owner Cindy Loren. The raw bar menu come in individual, half-oz and full-oz portions. Oysters are available in East Coast, West Coast, and specialty varieties depending on what’s in season, served with house made cocktail sauce, horseradish, and lemon. Choose from an array of mignonettes: champagne, prickly pear, rosé granita, or blood orange. Shuck House’s Peruvian Scallops are served with grapefruit, ponzu, cilantro, fresno and jicama. Shuck- House offers Grilled Oysters in Chipotle, Rockefeller, and Garlic Parmesan. The signature Lobster Roll comes hot & buttered or cold-dressed; Lobster Bisque is served with a sourdough baguette; Lobster Mac-and-Cheese is a bowl of lobster claw-meat over rigatoni pasta and three different types of fresh cheese; Coconut Curry Mussels is with Thai Curry, Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresno Chili, and Cilantro served with a crispy crostini for dipping; and the Ceviche Tostada is with baby scallops, octopus, shrimp, cherry tomato, radish, red onion, cilantro, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, and habanero for an extra kick. Feast on a Menu by Chef David Thorne. Bar snacks include crostini with caramelized fennel and onion, and white anchovy; chickpea blini with wine-braised squid, and aioli; and a lamb meatball with harissa and marinara. The family-style dinner includes heirloom tomato, melon, cucumber, burrata, with prosciutto; pan-seared baby pattypan squash with walnut, wild arugula, and agreen olive tapenade; bucatini with preserved lemon, garlic, chile de árbol, and bottarga; and strozzapreti, pork collar ragu, with grana padano.
