Meet Me at the London’s West End Roof Top

Summer is officially here. As the days get longer, and girls start dressing less, people all over the city are looking for the hottest lounge for Happy Hour, or to enjoy and an evening of cocktails with friends. Where to go? Does the perfect place exist? Can you sit back and relax on a swanky rooftop – looking out over the city, while sipping libations, and listening to live music? I have good news. The perfect lounge is here. As the song says, “Meet Me at the London.”

For over 10 years, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has long been known for its upscale take on “British style with California sensibility.” A frequent hot spot for the who’s who of Hollywood, the London recently unveiled their newest attraction – a sexy rooftop lounge called the West End Roof Top. “This Summertime Lounge Creates an Urban Oasis in the
Sky” thanks to West End Roof Top’s singer songwriter Jacob Mondry and a hip, delicious menu from executive chef Anthony Keene. Come for the playful vibe and stay for the eclectic dishes: Smoked Mahi-Mahi with Kennebec potato chips, French Fries with Caviar, crème fraiche and chives; Tostada Ceviche with scallops, halibut and shrimp; Yellowfin Tuna with tempura vegetables and ponzu, Australian Wagyu with chimichurri and onion rings, and calamari. The food is phenomenal. While you dine, I recommend sampling the British-inspired seasonal cocktails: Churchill Goes Tiki; English Rita; The Duchess; and the Spicy Brit and my personal favorite, Her Majesty’s Mojito.

The West End Roof Top offers a custom cocktail experience with the ‘Bubble Your ‘Botanical’ bar where guests have the opportunity to create their own Spritzers. After selecting your Botanical (Grapefruit & Rose; Cucumber & Mint; or Peach & Orange Blossom) allow the mixologist to blend it with your choice of sweet or savory flavors and top it off with a beautiful garnish.

The song has the right idea. This summer, “Meet Me at the London”- just make sure to take the elevator all the way up and join us at the West End Roof Top. There, we will: socialize, bask in the scenic views, eat exquisite food, sip exotic cocktails, all while being serenaded by the music of Jacob Mondry.
