DTLA’s Preux & Proper and Executive Chef Sammy Monsour are opening his kitchen to longtime friend Top Chef Season 16 competitor Chef Adrienne Wright for An Evening at Preux & Proper with Top Chef Contestant Adrienne WrightMonsour is paying forward the support and friendship Wright gave to him during his formative years as a young Chef in Boston, Massachusetts. Dine at Preux & Proper and enjoy two dishes prepared by Chef Adrienne Wright, beginning with her Short Rib French Onion Soup. Wright’s second special dish is understandably “Top Secret”. Cheeseburger Week

During Cheeseburger Week,  Pasadena honors Lionel Sternberger’s genius in being the first to put cheese to hamburger and serve it at the Rite Spot in Pasadena in 1924. Forty of Pasadena’s favorite restaurants, lounges and burger joints offered their signature burgers, some special creations and a deals  during Pasadena Cheeseburger Week.
