Hotel Shangri-La Launches Wednesday Steak Nights

After over three months of tasting and testing, executive chef Jessica Bedolla and the team at Hotel Shangri-La have partnered to bring in select prime rib from Snake River Farms in Idaho. Known for their complex rich flavors and intense marbling, Snake River Farms’ 100% natural and hormone free beef is prepared to offer the best cut and quality available today. For this new series of Wednesday Steak Dinners, Bedolla’s prime rib is seasoned with a slow roast which prepares the rich marbling to perfection. Dinner starts with a Cesar Salad, tossed in homemade Caesar dressing, topped with boiled egg, fresh Parmesan cheese and croutons. The Boneless Prime Rib comes with a double baked potato, heirloom carrots and sautéed broccolini. For dessert, Hotel Shangri-La will offer New York Cheesecake with cream cheese, graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream. Each dinner is accompanied with a glass of Sonoma County’s De Loach as the house wine. Served in the main dining room, enjoy the entertainment of a Frank Sinatra style singer.
