The a 24 year-old, Santa Monica historic hidden gem restaurant is serving up a special E pluribus unum “Out of many, one” cocktail for $8. The cocktail features aged rum, rhubarb syrup, blood orange, lime juice and fresh mint. Make your reservations now (because you need one to get in) to enjoy their daytime menu that is ideal for poolside dining. Dishes include a Prawn Roll with cremé fraîche and apple on toasted brioche; a Club Sandwich with roasted chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato; and a Cookies & Cream ice cream sandwich with vanilla and caramel.
