Introduce yourself to k.flay. She’s an artist out of San Francisco, and originally from Illinois, with a sound that is uniquely her own. Jimetta Rose at One Colorado Courtyard Old Pasadena
Saturday nights, during October mean live music in the Courtyard. In a word, Los Angeles native Jimetta Rose’s sound is soul. Her music draws inspiration from jazz, R&B and HipHop, and her smooth vocals and powerful lyrics mesh into an autobiographical story of the healing power of love.
