Greenbar Collective

Greenbar Collective (2358 E. 8th St., Los Angeles, 90021) has been distilling downtown since last week producing all of Greenbar Collective’s signature organic spirits, including TRU organic vodkas, TRU2 organic gin, CRUSOE organic rums, FRUIT LAB organic liqueurs, BAR KEEP organic bitters and IXÁ organic tequila. The downstairs is full of clean, shiny, lab equipment, gigantic stills, steel barrels and bottles. The bar is upstairs, where you can take part in all the tastings.
