Morinoya

Morinoya (11301 W Olympic, Suite 210; West LA; 310.473.3960) is West LA’s new izakaya. It’s intimate and traditional, with minimal decorations and some Japanese art. It’s all about the food. Taste whitefish carpaccio with balsamic and soy sauce; raw octopus marinated in wasabi; a hot pot with pork, spinach, tofu, and enoki mushrooms; and an albacore dish with mountain yam, fermented soybeans, and garlic over rice.
