AV Nightclub (1601 N Cahuenga Blvd., Los Angeles, 90028, 310.943.5800) or Audio/Visual, Hollywood’s next hot spot opening April 30th. The small venue is lined with tables, decorated with black, purple & gold and has a DJ booth with 144 Edison bulbs behind it. It’s based off “an intimate landscape of 17th century European design,” with Baroque embellishments, goth ballerinas in tutus and fishnets dancing overhead and an ivy covered exterior patio with an outdoor fireplace.
If you need a break from it all, head down the rear corridor to the little hidden courtyard with your Blackberry Bourbon (bourbon, muddled blackberries and basil) and relax.
