The Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC) will be the home to n/soto, a California Japanese Izakaya pop-up. Chef Yoji Tajima created a nine course tasting menu serving as a preview of the various dishes, flavors, and concepts that will appear on n/soto’s menu. Dinner will be served in JACCC’s brand new culinary facility. Reservations open up every Sunday at noon and can be booked 21 days in advance.
