This Friday and Saturday, Rustic Canyon will welcome guest chef Liwei Liao, (aka @dry_aged_fish_guy) the executive chef behind The Joint Eatery, and known for his delicious dry-aged fish. On Friday and Saturday, Rustic Canyon will serve Chef Liao’s signature, dry-aged fish preparations à la carte, in addition to the regular dinner menu.
