This ever changing beverage experience created by the Ellis Adams Group inside the Irvine Marriott will be kicking off their South American summer menu inspired by the Olympics in Rio! Bar Nine to Pop Up inside AMARA
This pop up coffee bar inside Amara Kitchen in Highland Park was inspired by the Japanese manufacturing concept of JIDOKA, which translates to “automation with a human touch.” They will be bringing a level of automation to the high end specialty bar in a way previously unseen. The coffee will be paired with the food offered by the folks at Amara. In continuing to develop partnerships in business, they will have Amara Kitchen pop up at their store daily serving brunch from 8 am-2 pm. Tam O’Shanter’s Wine Pairing Dinner with Halter Ranch Vineyard
The evening’s lineup will feature four of its award-winning wines (2015 Halter Ranch Grenache Blanc, 2014 Halter Ranch Synthesis, 2013 Halter Ranch Cotes de Paso, 2015 Halter Ranch Rose, all of which will be paired with four mouth-watering courses prepared by the Tam’s Executive Chef, Juan Escamilla. Located in Paso Robles, California, Halter Ranch Vineyard vines live on the steepest, most south-facing slopes on the property, which reach an elevation of 1,750 feet and provide excellent water drainage and sun exposure.
