Stone Brewing Co Dinner at Napa Valley Grille

This Wednesday at 6 pm, Executive Chef Taylor Boudreaux presents the first-ever Beer Dinner at Westwood’s rustic dining destination, Napa Valley Grille. Partnering with Stone Brewing Co, the dinner will feature a five-course ($40/person++), one-night only menu of Prosciutto Wrapped Scallop, Avocado and Papaya Salad, Crispy Skin Steelhead Trout, Wild Game Cassoulet with Braised Lamb Sausage, Chocolate Mascarpone Tart and more paired with signature Stone brews such as Arrogant Bastard Ale, Smoked Porter, and Go To IPA.

Gabe Ryan from Stone Brewing will be at the event to share the company’s history, inspiration, and stories behind the beers along with the Napa Valley Grille team.
