Simplethings, (10874 Kinross Ave., Los Angeles, 90024) is expanding with a smaller sized version in Westwood Village, selling Pumpkin, blueberry, and mud pies in their refrigerated case. Partners Ryan Handel and Andy Paxson reworked the former Angelino’s Cafe on Kinross into a cafeserving up their menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, sweet pies and savory pies.
