Spaghettini Opening in Beverly Hills

Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros, partners and owners of Spaghettini in Seal Beach joined saxophonist, Dave Koz, to open of a new Beverly Hills restaurant, Spaghettini & the Dave Koz Lounge (184 N. Canon Dr., Beverly Hills) this summer. Scott Howard, the culinary director for both restaurants, and executive chef of the Beverly Hills location, will elevate the fine dining and live music experience in a space designed by Eric Rosen Architects. The restaurant will offer refined California-inspired Italian cuisine within a state-of-the-art music venue.

In Beverly Hills, you will find some Seal Beach favorites like Parmesan-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass with Yukon potato purée, baby squash, and lemon beurre blanc; and new Italian dishes like Santa Barbara Sea Urchin with cucumber, jalapeño, and pickled cherry; and Orecchetti with six-hour Kurobuta pork bolognese, porcini mushrooms, and Pecorino.

Live performances will be carefully selected and Koz will also frequent the Spaghettini stage with amazing entertainment. The partners are working with Martin Audio to generate the best sound quality possible. Overall, the space will have warm tones, exposed ceiling beams, chiseled travertine stone, leather booths, and sculpted wall coverings made from recycled papers.
