Philippe (8620 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills; 310.289.3500), from Philippe Chow, is back and taking resys this coming Monday for its Thursday debut. This time around, they are in Beverly Hills with an elegant interior full of red, black and white.
Start off with one of their signature cocktails. They have a Midnight Mojito with muddled fresh blueberries and mint, simple syrup, Stoli Blueberry, splash of fresh squeezed lime juice, soda, with blueberries as a garnish; Philippe Passion with Absolut peach, Absolut pear, mango puree, fresh squeezed lemon juice, syrup, soda, and a splash of cranberry; Bangkok Banana with Malibu Banana, Peach Schnapps, fresh squeezed pineapple juice and a splash of grenadine; Shanghai Philippe with St. Germain Elderflower, muddled fresh strawberries, Stoli Strawberry, Mumm champagne, and a strawberry garnish; and Philipptini with Lychee & fresh squeezed pineapple juice, Ciroc, triple sec, splash of Chambord, tastes similar to a sweet grapefruit.
After your cocktail you’ll be ready to order off the huge menu that has pork dumplings, peking duck (that’s carved at your table), red king prawns, filet mignon and broccoli, and hand-pulled noodles. See the menu here
