“TIPSY TAPITAS” is a 16 course tasting menu created by Chef Sandra Cordero. She highlights her way of creating the perfect little bite. The lounge atmosphere of Bar Chloe inspired her to create a tasting menu which doesn’t require a knife and is easy to eat. The menu includes tapitas like: Olive Tostada with Pisto and Quail Egg; Roasted Cauliflower and Saffron Soup; Croquetas the Jamon, Swiss Chard leaves stuffed with Morcilla Sausage and Apple; and The Cordero: A mini Lamb burger on a Pretzel Bun with Saffron Aioli. Desserts include Chocolate Ganache Cake with Tipsy Fig and Homemade Turron and Night Owl Espresso Ice cream.
Chef Cordero’s Tapitas menu will be paired with featured cocktails, developed by Bar Chloe’s mixologist Kim Sodel. Cocktails include: The Chloe Crisp with fresh muddled Serrano, Cucumber, Basil, Tequila, Agave and Lime and ” El Viejito” with Jamon-infused Apple Brandy, Angostura bitters, Orange and Lemon twist.
