sugarFISH (11288 Ventura Blvd Studio City, CA 91604, 818.762.2322, sugarfishsushi.com) has opened its fifth location where Sushi Nozawa use to be. Sushi Nozawa rules were no cell phones, no children, and no sending back food. Basically, trust your sushi chef (or you will be kicked out of the restaurant), and so the “Trust Me” omakase signage hung behind the sushi bar. This sugarFISH but pays homage to Sushi Nozawa with a framed collection of “Trust Me” art. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30 am-2:30 pm and 5:30-10:30 pm.
