The happy hour menu features a mix of Tortilla Republic signature appetizers and new items exclusive to happy hour like Jalapeno Croquetas with charred jalapenos folded with potatoes and goat cheese, flash fired, topped with cilantro crema; Carnitas Tacos with crispy pork, caramelized orange, pickled jalapeno, tomatillo fresco and fresh guacamole; and Quesadilla BBQ Chicken with pulled chicken breast, roasted corn, papaya BBQ sauce and cilantro crema. They also have specially priced housemade margaritas, Mexican beers and Spanish wines. So, relax on the outdoor patio or at the white onyx bar adorned in custom art and leather stools.
