We feasted on the Colossal Lobster (always my personal favorite), and the showstopping Tomahawk Steak and Roasted Prime Rib that had the entire table speechless. The sides were equally impressive. Think creamy Mac and Cheese, perfectly caramelized Brussels Sprouts, and a rich Mushroom and Truffle Pasta that I am still dreaming about. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, out came a decadent dessert tray that was as beautiful as it was delicious.
Every single dish paired beautifully with Paul’s Moonlit Ranch Water, making the entire evening feel like a perfectly choreographed culinary experience. STK Westwood continues to set the standard for elevated dining in Los Angeles, and this dinner party was a masterclass in doing it right.
