Thrilled to share that Mírate is turning 3 later this month! And what better way to celebrate three years than with three days of activations! All of Mírate’s anniversary events are open to the public, walk-in only. - (Monday): The teams at DC’s Allegory and Thunderbolt’s Denver outpost Semiprecious are taking over the same bar with their own twist on cocktails, alongside a Fried Chicken Sandwich with an egg from the kitchen to complement. Monday, 6 – 10:00 pm
- (Tuesday): For the main event, Mírate is activating its back parking lot for a Pueblan whole lamb roast and collaborative chef menu with Chef Alan Sanz bringing together some of the brightest minds in Mexican cuisine from acclaimed restaurants across California. Guest chefs include with Uptown Provisions’ Chef Aaron Melendrez, the team behind Komal, Santa Ana’s Darkroom, and Chef Carlos Gaytán from Paseo. The menu will be a surprise, but think tacos, crudos, and more. Inside, the team will be offering a bar pop-up with El Gallo featuring specially canned cocktails and offer special goods.
