Barry’s Opens New Location in Studio City

Calling all Valley dwellers! Barry’s has just opened a new location in Studio City! This studio will feature its signature RUN x LIFT classes in the Red Room (52 spots), in addition to another space for LIFT classes (26 spots), which is a dedicated strength training class – no treadmill required. Barry’s LIFT is a small group strength-based class using dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or your own bodyweight – no treadmill required. LIFT is designed to improve body composition, build muscle mass, and rev your metabolism through focused, strength training. The 50-minute programming still coincides with the daily muscle group focus in the Red Room to achieve results and help reduce the risk of injuries (including Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs and Ass, Total Body). Barry’s classes are created for you to challenge yourself — you can set your own level of speed and choose the heaviness of your weights, depending on your experience.
