Here’s what’s going down:

  • (11/16): On Sunday, 11/16, the team is inviting their friends and fellow 50Best award-winners True Laurel from SF and Yacht Club from Denver for a downstairs bar takeover. Both teams will be offering a few of their own cocktails along with a special collaborative drink. To soak up the drinks, Chef Alan will be cooking up ‘Yacht Club Hot Dogs.’ 11/16, 6 – 10:00 pm
  • (11/17): The next day, the teams at DC’s Allegory and Thunderbolts Denver outpost Semiprecious are taking over the same bar with their own twist on cocktails, alongside a Fried Chicken Sandwich with an egg from the kitchen to complement. 11/17, 6 – 10:00 pm
  • (11/18): For the main event, Mírate is activating its back parking lot for a Pueblan whole lamb roast and collaborative chef menuwith Chef Alan Sanz bringing together some of the brightest minds in Mexican cuisine from acclaimed restaurants across California. Guest chefs include with Uptown Provisions’ Chef Aaron Melendrez, the team behind Komal, Santa Ana’s Darkroom, and Chef Carlos Gaytán from Paseo. The menu will be a surprise, but think tacos, crudos, and more. Inside, the team will be offering a bar pop-up with El Gallo featuring specially canned cocktails and offer special goods. 11/18, 5 – 9:00 pm
