  • About their burrata – they source from a small cheese factory, or”caseificio” in Puglia, Italy, shipped fresh every week; pasta “sister” Giorgia Sinatra notes “everything about this burrata is exceptional—the distinctive flavor of the Italian milk, its consistency, the amount of cream inside, the thickness of the ‘skin’…” The size is also custom-made for Pasta Sisters, as they wanted a burrata that would not exceed 100 grams to perfectly fit with their pasta.

From Thursday – Sunday, Black Angus customers can experience limited-time deals, sweet treats, triple loyalty points, and a one-night only Cowboy Fashion Show. Starting today, Black Angus is kicking off the celebration with a variety of exclusive deals, thirst-quenching cocktails and tasty dishes such as:

  • On National Tequila Day (Thursday), guests can enjoy $4 Gold Strike Margaritas – made with Sauza Blue Reposado, 100% Blue Agave Tequila and Patrón Citrónge Liqueur. The drink is hand-shaken with fresh lime-agave mix, making for a sip worthy of any cowboy.
  • Pair the Gold Strike Margarita with the Lobster & Fillet Medallions Duo, which comes with two tender filet mignon medallions, a whole lobster tail, and one side for $24.99 non-loyalty members and $19.99 for loyalty members.
  • On the official day of National Cowboy Day (Saturday), Black Angus is offering a $15 “Be Our Guest” card for those who dine in with their best cowboy garb. ALSO, cowboys and cowgirls can show off their finest Western style in the one-night only Cowboy Fashion Show at 7:30 pm and have a chance to be honored as the “Best Dressed” with a prize of a $100 Black Angus gift card and a hoodie from Dr Pepper. Cucumber Watermelon Margarita

The ultimate summer margarita, perfectly balanced with Milagro.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 parts MILAGRO SILVER
    • 1 part fresh lime juice
    • ¾ parts agave nectar
      • Or simple syrup
    • 4 parts watermelon chunks
    • 2 slices cucumber
    • Tajin
    • 1 cucumber spear
    • 1 watermelon spear
  • Preparation:
    • Muddle watermelon and cucumber in a Boston shaker.
    • Add remaining ingredients and ice.
    • Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
    • Garnish with Tajin dusted watermelon and cucumber spears.

    • 5 parts champagne
