Morihiro Adds Chef Charles Namba to Lineup for Multi-Course Omakase Dinner

Chef Mori is going out of town for a few days, so Tsubaki + OTOTO Owner/Chef Charles Namba will be stepping in to take over the appetizer portion of the omakase experience with five small dishes to compliment the sushi which is approximately 7 additional courses made by Mori-san’s team. Tsubaki + OTOTO Sake Whisperer Courtney Kaplan will also be behind the bar and in the dining room with her curated pairings for the appetizers while Morihiro GM Tim Lin will handle sake pairings for the sushi courses.
