Prime Video’s Prime Experience is back for Emmy FYC season. Taking place at the historic Citizen News in the heart of Hollywood, Prime Video’s 2023 Emmy FYC destination will give Emmy voters an intimate, behind the scenes look at its award-worthy programming. The activation, which is open through May 21st, will celebrate the storytelling magic, impressive craftmanship, and pure passion that goes into bringing a television series to life. Attendees will take a journey through the creative processes behind acclaimed series including The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Daisy Jones & The Six, The Boys, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power & more.
Showcasing the creative processes of Prime Video’s most beloved shows, this year’s Prime Experience will feature interactive experiences focusing on all of the facets of a show’s production, including writing, costume design, production design, hair and makeup, sound and music, and visual effects. The space also features individual installations showcasing behind-the-scenes work of the production design teams from The Boys, Citadel and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power; hair-and-makeup touchups inspired by A League of Their Own and Daisy Jones & The Six; a blue screen room where guests can transport themselves into a scene from Dead Ringers and The Boys; and the actual Gordon Ford Show set featured in the final season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
Television Academy voters will enjoy invitation-only access to over a dozen screenings, panels, and additional special events, with catering from critically acclaimed Chef Evan Funke, along with a luxe candy bar and elevated theater concessions.
