Highlights include Whipped Avocado with Fried Matzo, Vernors-Baked Ham & Pickled Melon, Kippered Sable Terrine with Crispy Potato Waffles, three kinds of Fries (Reuben Fries, Caesar Fries, and Fries & Aioli), Half Fried Pickle Chick and the debut of the Kishka Burger—a ¼ pounder of seared blood sausage, Hook’s Swiss, house-pickled cornichons, red onion & persimmon “comeback sauce” on a sesame pretzel bun. Today, the Irvine, El Segundo, and Santa Monica North Italia locations welcome the summer with two exciting announcements, the Summer Sips campaign limited-edition cocktail, and special all-day Happy Hour. Throughout the season, 10 delicious cocktails were specially curated for each of North Italia’s regions. The SoCal region will be debuting the Smoky Sunset, made with Banhez Mezcal, Fiorente, lemon, blood orange, and pomegranate. This smoky drink is available through September 22nd. To kick off the campaign, North Italia will be featuring a special all-day Happy Hour today only, where the Smoky Sunset will be sold for the special Happy Hour price of $10.
