Spring Cocktails at Playa Provisions
Indulge in new Spring cocktails at the dining venue that houses four restaurants, Playa Provisions. Owned by Top Chef winner Brooke Williamson and husband Nick Roberts, Playa Provisions is welcoming Spring with a new seasonal cocktail menu. Seafood-focused Dockside is serving the May Queen (Amass gin, strawberry, St Germain, lemon, sour creamunique), Zed’s Dead, Baby (Cazadores blanco, vanilla, aperol, lime, honey), Osaka (Suntori Toki, kina l’aero, licore strega), and Kelly’s Naptime (Community vodka, chamomile, curacao, lemon, prosecco).
