Lucques Cookbook Supper: Rosetta
Lucques’ book-inspired dinner series continues this weekend, celebrating the publication of Elena Reygada’s cookbook, Rosetta. Named after Reygada’s internationally renowned restaurant in Mexico City, the book has recipes, culinary history and personal recollections. As part of an ongoing series of monthly themed cocktail collections developed by bar manager Jake Larowe, Birds & Bees is mixing three limited-time drinks using healthy fats.
