Bottlefish‘s Monday Date Night
Bottlefish brings a new offering to its weekly programming with Monday Date Night for you to enjoy a romantic Monday evening out on the patio or cozied up in the airy restaurant. Staters include a choice of Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with house made cocktail and creole mustard; Smoked Trout Dip made from grilled Bub and Grandma’s bakery sourdough bread; and Spicy Tuna Tacos with crispy wonton, siracha aioli, and avocado pureé. Entrees include a choice of Ginger Salmon with black rice, citrus teriyaki, cilantro, and scallions; Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with saffron rice, and lemongrass; Seared Scallops with sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, and a basil vinaigrette. Terranea Resort’s Wine Dinner
Terranea Resort is partnering with local farmers at Catalina View Gardens and winemakers at Grgich Hills Estate, for a 5-course dinner at the resort’s fine-dining restaurant, mar’sel. The five-course, vegan menu prepared by Chef Andrew Vaughan, will feature some of the finest locally-sourced ingredients that showcase the invaluable product Terranea Resort, and local farmers at neighboring Catalina View Gardens so carefully cultivate for you. Each course will also be paired with a specialty wine from Grgich Hills Estate.
