Autumn is the perfect time for a spiced cocktail. Take the tastes of the season and add an adult twist!
This slightly sweet, adult take on apple cider is full of autumn flavors.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 4 ounces Apple Cider
- 1 ounce Lime Juice
- 2 ounces Honey Simple Syrup (¼ Cup Honey and ¼ Cup Hot Water)
- Dash Cinnamon
- Optional Garnishes:
- Thyme Sprigs
- Cinnamon Stick
- Apple Slices

Instructions:
- Make the honey simple syrup: Add the hot water and honey to a mason jar and shake vigorously until the honey dissolves.
- For the cocktail: Combine Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger gin, apple cider, lime juice, honey simple syrup, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
- To serve: Fill two glasses with ice and strain cocktail. Garnish with sprigs of thyme, apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
