Culina & Vinoteca Introduces New Pronto Market Lunch

Culina & Vinoteca introduces its new Pronto Market Lunch. The buffet includes an an array of salads like the Little Gem Caesar with Taggiasca olives, oven roasted tomatoes, Piave cheese, and bread crumbs; the Deconstructed Market Salad, featuring a variety of lettuces and vegetables; the Farro Salad with chopped vegetables, dried fruit, and red wine vinaigrette; the Persimmon Salad with fennel, arugula and Treviso with balsamic; and the Baby Kale Salad features frisée, Treviso grapes and Pecorino Toscana cheese, dressed with s citronette vinaigrette. There is a Chef’s Daily Pasta which offers selections such as the Baked Capunti with Eggplant; the classic Pasta e Fagioli, and the Pappardelle with Wild Boar. L’Auberge Del Mar Celebrates High Fashion

L’Auberge Del Mar is commemorating Opening Day of the Del Mar horse racing season with its annual gala, the 2019 Opening Day After-Party. Founded by Bing Crosby in 1937, the iconic seaside track is celebrating its 80th season. Opening Day’s 10 races start at 2 pm, and then from 5 pm to midnight, the first-day events move to this iconic seaside retreat located in the heart of Del Mar Village. Entertainment will be provided by Southern California DJ FishFonics and DJ Gabe Vega. You can also expect favorite beverages and yummy culinary bites prepared by the resort’s culinary team available at KITCHEN 1540. Two days before the races and on race day, L’Auberge Del Mar welcomes pop-up shops including Christine A. Moore Millinery, Lourdes Chavez Couture, Élevée Custom Menswear and new for 2019 a live curated painting by KAABOO artist. Georgia’s Restaurant Opens Second Location at Long Beach Exchange!

Georgia’s Restaurant has been serving up Southern cuisine for the past five years in Anaheim. Now, Georgia’s Restaurant is extending their family and celebrating their fifth anniversary with the Grand Opening of their second location at the new Long Beach Exchange (LBX). Named in loving memory of patriarch George with the addition of a single letter from each daughter’s name, the first Georgia’s Restaurant in the Anaheim Packing District became a fast-casual restaurant specializing in Southern comfort food for the soul. The menu is a family affair with recipes originating from generations past, adapted, and updated by the present. Start your feast with an array of small bites such as the Piggy Cheese Fries, with crispy fries and slow roasted BBQ pork; Nana Gretchen’s Fried Green Tomatoes made of crispy green tomatoes with a lemon aioli; Chicken Wings, served with a choice of lemon pepper, spicy, mild, crispy,; or Georgia’s signature BBQ seasoning. Salads include Shrimp Salad with spring mix, roasted corn, red peppers, red onions, tomatoes and a mango sauce; the Tri-Tip Salad with 1855 Premium Black Angus Choice tri-tip, spring mix, blue cheese, red onions, tomatoes, red peppers and Mandarin oranges; and Georgia’s Blue featuring grilled blackened chicken, blue cheese crumbles, romaine lettuce and tomatoes.
