L.A. County Holiday Celebration

As Los Angeles’ largest multicultural holiday celebration, the 59th annual L.A. County Holiday Celebration, presented by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, provides Angelenos of all ages an opportunity to come together during the holidays to experience and honor the dynamic, rich cultures of the County. During the free event, many diverse L.A. – based artists and community groups showcase their talent, artistry and traditions on The Music Center’s iconic Dorothy Chandler Pavilion stage. Start your Italian feast by deciding between Zuppa di Moscardini con Crostini all’Aglio e Olio Aromatico, baby octopus stew with toasted garlic bread, or the Insalata Frutti di Mare marinata all olio e limone, a mixed seafood salad. The menu begins with the Antipasti which offers a choice between the Passata di Fagioli e Gamberi prepared with white bean purée, seared Carabineros prawns, fregola, burrata and parsley oil, or the Caprese e Barbabietole made with buffalo mozzarella, red beets, heirloom tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and topped with Villa Manodori aged balsamic. The Pasta course includes the Tortellini in Brodo with beef tortellini, veal broth, seasonal vegetable dadolata and aged Parmigiano.
