Riviera Village Trick or Treating
Ghosts and goblins will mix with princesses and super heroes as Riviera Village hosts the annual Halloween Trick or Treat. Shops will hand out candy. This event has become a Redondo Beach tradition, attracting thousands of children each year to enjoy Halloween in a safe and fun atmosphere. Make an evening of it, and stop for dinner in one of the new restaurants in the Village. Salt & Straw’s November Flavors Inspired by Thanksgiving Dinner
Locally churned and hand crafted, November’s Thanksgiving Dinner of Ice Cream series invokes the smells, tastes, and cheer of the autumnal season and the holiday I look forward to each year. They are serving up a innovative takes on classic dishes, featuring flavors including Sweet Potato Casserole with Maple Pecans; Buttered Mashed Potatoes & Gravy; Persimmon Walnut Stuffing; Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey; and Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie. Flavors will be available by the scoop and pint at the Larchmont Village, West Hollywood, Abbot Kinney, Studio City, and Arts District shops all month. Les Coulisses Restaurant Opens at The Belasco Theatre 
The Belasco Theater Complex unveils its new approachable fine dining restaurant, Les Coulisses, meaning “backstage” in French. The remodeled space from Marc Sittenfield of The Belasco Theater Hospitality Group and TINI Vintage Interior Design includes overstuffed sectionals in plush fabric with antiques and over the top Hollywood Regency Style. The food is inspired by the coastal regions around the Mediterranean Sea with a menu crafted by Executive Chef Frances Li. The first-floor parlor room features an eclectic mix of styles, with one overarching, luxurious theme. Exhale Launches New Class Nationwide
HIIT 30 is now available nationwide. It’s a high intensity interval training class features five nonstop, high-intensity sequences followed by a five minute ab series. HIIT 30 uses props and intervals throughout the workout, all done on a mat, in 50-second intervals. This scalable, full-body, class uses functional exercises to constantly surprise the muscles and keep the heart rate pumping. L’Auberge Del Mar, A Destination Hotel, is the place to be near the Del Mar Racetrack before and during this year’s 34th annual Breeders’ Cup.
