Cocktails in the City
Get a taste of the city’s thriving bar scene! This is the first time the premiere cocktail event, which has seen tremendous success in the UK, is landing stateside, and will highlight 30 bars showcasing specialty drinks created exclusively for the event, along with interactive pop-ups, a craft spirits discovery room, food vendors and much more. Each bar is paired up with a liquor brand to create a specialty drink exclusively at the one-night-only event, giving you the chance to not only experience the best bars in the city, but to get a unique experience you may not find elsewhere. Bars featured during the event include Sassafras, Birds & Bees, Harvard & Stone, Hotel Figueroa, Otium, Lono, The Wallace, The Peppermint Club, Good Times at Davey Waynes, Redbird LA, Normandie Club, Walker Inn, Melrose Umbrella Company, No Vacancy, Big Bar, Wolf and Crane and many more. A panel of judges including Dushan Zaric from Employees Only, long-time LA bartender and beverage director Jason Bran, and food and beverage writer Katherine Spiers from LA Weekly, will be tasting cocktails across the venue before awarding one bar and brand the Best Signature Cocktail award. The evening will also feature a themed group photo booths, two Craft Spirits Discovery rooms, and a Bar School for the would-be home bartender. Kye’s will be serving up their unique hybrid style kye-ritos, Trejo’s Tacos will be offering meat and meat-free options, and Bronzed Aussie Pie Company will provide savory handheld pies and desserts. Your ticket includes one cocktail, a event guide, and a “swag bag” to collect complimentary merchandise at the event. You can purchase additional cocktail tokens for $10 from token stations throughout the venue to sample additional cocktails thereafter.The proceeds will benefit Cocktails in the City’s charity partner, My Friend’s Place, which assists and inspires homeless youth to build self- sufficient lives. The Culver Hotel Masquerade – Centennial Finale

Icebergs x E.P & L.P. Los Angeles
Get a taste of Australia’s famed Bondi Beach when renowned restaurateur Maurice Terzini takes the locale’s Icebergs Dining Room and Bar international, collaborating with fellow Aussies, Grant Smillie, David Combes and award-winning chef Louis Tikaram. The event features a three-course family-style lunch that showcases dishes like Salt & Pepper G51 Toothfish; Grilled Skull Island Prawns with Smoked Garlic Butter; Cavetelli with Cloudy Bay Clams & Spicy Shellfish Oil; and Roast Lamb Shoulders. Redondo Beach is hosting the 22 nd annual Redondo Beach Lobster Festival at Seaside Lagoon, just north of Redondo Beach Pier. Sunday, offers mouth-watering Maine lobster dishes and live musical performances, along with family-friendly activities like stand-up paddle boarding lessons and a “Kiddie Area” which includes face painting, balloon art and more. South Bay native Jessica Jordan from FISHBAR Manhattan Beach is once again this year’s Lobster Bistro chef and will be serving up dishes such as lobster rolls, lobster mac n’ cheese, lobster tacos,
