Katsuya’s Kokoro Relief Roll
In the past few weeks, the world has been facing extreme Hurricane conditions that have left many without emergency supplies, and in need of long-term city recovery. Hurricane relief foundations need help in-order-to begin relief efforts to support those that were affected. That is why all Los Angeles Katsuya locations will be offering the Kokoro Relief Roll with shrimp tempura, avocado and cucumber. It’s topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo and unagi sauce drizzle, and finished with green onion masago. In Japanese, Kokoro means heart, spirit, soul and mind all together. The roll will be priced at $16 and $2 of each roll purchased will be donated to the Hurricane Relief fund, The American Red Cross. Through October 15th
