Tam O’Shanter will host a four-course Italian wine pairing dinner. Featured wines include 2015 Centorame Tuapina Pecorino, IGT, Abruzzo, Italy paired with kale Caesar with egg, pecronio cheese, lemon and Caesar dressing; 2015 Elena Walch Legrein, Alto Adige, DOC, Italy paired with pasta with fennel sausage, heirloom tomatoes and basil; 2014 Fittipaldi Rosso, Bolgheri DOC, Toscana, Italy paired with grilled swordfish and artichoke, tomato and peppers; and 2014 Fattoria Selvapiana, Chianti Rufina, DOCG, Toscana, Italy paired with coffee panna cotta. AVIÓN Tequila Presents “Blue Velvet Wednesdays”

Blue Velvet’s live band burlesque experience takes over The Peppermint Club, the newest live music venue by The h. Wood Group & Interscope Records. LA based performer/producer, Olivia Bellafontaine, has joined forces with one of Hollywood’s bluesman, Dave Cavalier, to create a new kind of improvisational, burlesque experience. Accompanied by LA burlesque dancers, Skylar Benton, Erin Bridges and Donna Hood, Blue Velvet is an artistic collaboration in real time. The sultry LA buzz band, Dave Cavalier Trio, made up of frontman, Dave Cavalier, alongside bassist, Mike Stang, and drummer, Shane Considine, drive the show with an array of sounds ranging from calm, candlelit romance to angry.
