Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills’ Summer Series with celebrity fitness professional, Kit Rich
Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills will host a poolside pilates fusion class at Viviane Restaurant, immediately followed by a “Kit-approved” brunch. The brunch will include a specially crafted, three-course wellness menu to complete the morning yoga. The series will be free for hotel guests and $25 for other participants, who are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats (as a limited supply will be available for hotel guests only). The three-course, pre-fixe wellness menu will be curated by Viviane’s Executive Chef, Jack Hotchkin and will include offerings such as an Açai Cup topped with caramelized bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, toasted coconut, agave syrup and toasted almonds; Beet Root Cured Salmon with grilled artichoke, shaved Brussels sprouts, pomegranate, and crème fraiche; and a Cashew Date Mouse with pistachio crumbles and fig syrup. i3 Arts Festival
Grab a glow stick and join Angel City at i3 Arts Festival, where thirty artists will illuminate Downtown LA to create an urban art gallery for all ages to enjoy. The festival features three major events. Interaction Park at Grand Park on June 2nd is a free event and features art and live performances by The Gaslamp Killer and Mike G of Odd Future. The second is Innovation Plaza at Grand Performances, which will present guests with a unique concert experience for both nights of the Art Festival. Immersion Square Art Car Ball on June 3rd at Pershing Square will close the festival with an explosive final event celebration featuring live performances from LA’s popular female DJs, including divaDanielle, Carmen Dee and DJ Sydney Love, on top of art cars seen at and created for Burning Man. FRBA’s 6th annual Art Exhibition: CA 101 2017 “It Takes A Village”
