When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Beyoncé’s Lemonade at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa
Though one of the most anticipated headliners for Coachella has bowed out of the 2017 music festival, JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa believes the show must go on and will host a “When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Beyoncé’s Lemonade” tribute party. During both concert weekends, the 450-acre luxury Palm Desert resort will offer the Bey Hive the ultimate consolation with a poolside DJ spinning the Lemonade album and other festival favorites. Head to their Lemonade Stand for two citrus cocktails served in keepsake 16 oz. shatterproof “When Life Gives You Lemons” Govino glassware. The Bey Hive is made with Stoli Citros Vodka, Blue Curacao Liqueur, and Lemonade; the Formation is made with Maker’s Mark, Triple Sec, Lemonade; and then fuel up at the Hot Sauce in My Bag Pop-Up Taco Stand, featuring a variety of street food favorites with a selection of house-made salsas and hot sauce options. Citrus-themed spa offerings at the Spa at Desert Springs include: Bey Blossom Massage (60 min. $150) that includes essential oils derived from bitter orange blossom, neroli. The nutrients found in neroli contain high levels of antioxidants that deliver nourishing protection to the skin during time out in the sun. and Lemonade Body Scrub (60 min. $155) that exfoliates your skin and then a massage moisturizes your skin. The treatment incorporates a sugar scrub and the natural healing and exfoliating properties of organic citrus oils. FESTIVAL M.A.R.S.
The inaugural Festival M.A.R.S. (Music & Arts ReSound) is a 10-day festival that will expand your imaginations with never-before-seen pairings of music, art, fashion and dance. Michael’s On Naples Launches Rooftop Sunday Brunch
They are pulling back the awnings on its retractable roof and celebrating spring with the launch of its Rooftop Sunday Brunch available weekly. Chef Eric Sameniego prepares a special four-course holiday menu available at $50 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
