Herringbone Santa Monica’s Evening with Truffles Wine Dinner
Enjoy a six course meal, each paired with a wine selection from either “Divine Wines” or “Specialty Cellars”. Enjoy dishes like the Truffle Crusted Diver Scallops with Cauliflower Purée, Chanterelle, and Blood Orange, or the Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye with Bone Marrow and Truffled Fingerling Potatoes. Both will be paired with two selections that hail from the vineyards of Luís Duarte, an award-winning Portugese winemaker with over 25 years of experience.
