Venice Whaler Take Away Window
Here you will find beans from local roaster Groundworks in coffee drinks like Chai, Vanilla and Mocha Lattes, Macchiato, Cappuccino, Americano, hot Coffee and Espresso. They also have 10 fresh-squeezed juices, named for hit songs by Pink Floyd, the Beach Boys and the Beatles. Try the Kashmir, a mix of apple and coconut juices with toasty cinnamon spice. For breakfast, order up Breakfast Sandwiches, The Surfer’s Burrito, and the Açaí Bowl. nitespa Donates 10% of Profits in December
nitespa is donating 10% of all net profits into a fund to give beauty and spa treatments to cancer patients. In addition to the donation fund, nitespa is offering clients who want to contribute more, the opportunity to participate in the ONE FOR ONE program, where whichever service is purchased, will also donate a second service to a person going through cancer treatment ($120). Finally, to keep the spirit of giving going, nitespa is also dedicating its annual Holiday Beauty Bash to spaKarma. With drinks, mingling, raffles, goody bags and shopping on offer a good time is guaranteed. But more importantly, a full 20% of all appointments booked for that night – or booked on that night for future redemption (including gift cards and products purchased) will go into the spaKarma fund. Happy Holidaze Venice Art Crawl Venice Beach
Enjoy a winter wonderland at the beach along with Santa and his elves. It’s an evening of art, projections, snow, design, and entertainment. White Elephant-inspired holiday party
TART at the Farmer’s Daughter Hotel and smartphone app Tastemade are joining forces to throw a festive White Elephant-inspired holiday party. Snack on complimentary seasonal canapés from the TART culinary team, with holiday-themed spiked punch bowls and other specialty winter cocktails (including the Naughty or Nice Nog made with cinnamon Brandy, whiskey bitters, maple syrup, and egg nog) available for purchase. In the spirit of a White Elephant gift exchange, guests are encouraged to bring a pre-wrapped gift for entry into a holiday giveaway, with prizes including anovernight stay at the Farmer’s Daughter Hotel and two tickets to see the White Arrows live in concert at the El Rey, courtesy of Goldenvoice. You can see Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder in this modern tale of an uncommonly gentle young man who happens to have scissors for hands and falls in love with a beautiful young girl.
