Eventbrite transformed a vacant retail space (7711 Melrose Ave Los Angeles, CA 90046), with the help of Apt2B, into the home of an eight day pop-up event series called Brite Space LA. The program, curated by Eventbrite LA Marketing Manager Leila Najafi, includes events held by over a dozen of LA’s tastemakers, all under one roof, from June 10 – June 17.
Brite Space LA will kick off opening night with an art show featuring the works of LA street artist, Man One and emerging pop artist Just Trew. Other events include a mixology workshop taught by VeeV mixologists, a pop-up shop highlighting local designers and artisans, an ‘80s game night and an intimate, live performance by local indie band “In The Valley Below” to close out the series. June 10, 7-10 pm: I Heart Art, Featured artists, Man One and Just Trew
June 11, 7-10 pm: Groom & Glam, Summer cleanups and cocktails curated by Blind Barber among other services provided for men and women
June 12, 7-10 pm: Stir it Up with Veev, Head Veev mixologist will lead two workshops focusing on the basics of mixology and using fresh ingredients
June 13, 7-10 pm: Get Your Game On, Games like ping-pong, Jenga, and Ms. Pacman will be available with ‘80s tunes playing all night
June 14, 12-4 pm: Live. Shop. Local. LA, A pop-up shop curated by Pop Your Shop
June 15, 11 am-2 pm: Namaste LA!, a complimentary YogaWorks class followed by snacks by Pressed Juicery and Go Greek Yogurt
June 16, 7-10 pm: EventbriteLA X Eat|See|Hear Present: Movie Night, An all-time classic flick playing on our big screen, courtesy of Eat|See|Hear, with lounge seating and popcorn provided
June 17, 8-10 pm: Eventbrite LA X LA CANVAS Present: In the Valley Below, Live performance by In the Valley Below
