Golden Road + Umami Burger + Crossroads
Guest chef Adam Fleischman prepares a plant-based burger tasting menu in the first of three Sunday Suppers, including Ricardo Zarate (March 30th) and Theo Schoenegger (April 13th). Fleischman’s Prix fixe menu includes Fried Pickles with Ranch Dressing for the table, first course of Hearts of Romaine Caeser Salad (with homemade focaccia croutons and walnut Parmesan); second course choices include French Fries or Onion Rings with Slider Trio choices of Cali Burger (butter lettuce, slow roasted tomato, house spread, soy American cheese and caramelized onions); Hatch Burger (4 types of green chiles and house cashew nacho cheese); or the Truffle Burger (housemade truffle cheese and truffle glaze). COCHON 555
Witness a culinary battle that includes fine dining and cocktails. COCHON 555 Chef’s Course
To kick off the weekend of festivities, Chef  Jason Neroni, who competed in 2012, will host a group of champions on the tour to a guest chef dinner. The Cochon 555 “Chef’s Course Dinner Series” is a five-course dinner prepared by Los Angeles’ most prominent chefs. Neroni along with four other chefs, including Jason Travi of Superba Food & Bread, Jet Tila of Modern Asian Kitchen, Micah Wexler of Wexler’s Deli, and COCHON 555 Founder Brady Lowe, will prepare this one-night-only feast. Each course will be paired with wines. LA Zoo’s Snow Days
