Blvd 16 partners with Macallan and Highland Park for an evening of scotches from Macallan and Highland Park and cuisine created by Chef Richard Hodge. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception and continue with a 3-course pairing menu featuring premium scotches and unique culinary selections.
Cocktails will feature The Black Grouse and pairings include Smoked gouda gougeres, BBQ pork sliders with chipotle slaw, and Smoked salmon tartare on brioche.
