Here, they start at 3 pm (NYE in the Eurozone) and they head west across the timezones till our own midnight. They have a cocktail to represent each timezone, inspired by the timezone, music from the region, countdown etc. This year, with the help of Mr. Dave Stolte (HomeBarBasics), they have designed a Cocktail Passport which will follow our countdown, have Dave’s artwork for each cocktail, and a place to stamp your timezone once you have ordered that cocktail.
